Each floor of the house has 5 bedrooms, a living and dining area, a full kitchen, and a wet bar, with porches on both the beach side and the pool side.

A great room with a smart TV and ample space for dining and gathering opens each floor of the house, and a wet bar with an undercounter ice maker and beverage fridge is ready for that perfect vacation drink. Each floor's kitchen has a full refrigerator, an oven and range, a dishwasher, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and everything else needed to prepare and serve meals for the whole group. A hall half bath and a laundry room sit on both floors as well. The doors between the 2 floors can be closed for added privacy or left open so the home functions as one big space.

5 bedrooms fill each of the 2 levels. Every floor has a beach-view King with direct access to the porches overlooking the Gulf, plus 2 more King bedrooms that look out over the expansive pool area and open onto it through the porches. A bunk room with a Twin-over-Full bunk gives the kids a dedicated spot, and a final Queen bedroom completes each floor. All 10 bedrooms have a private bath, and the bath in the top floor beach-view bedroom has handicap-accessible features so every guest can enjoy a comfortable stay.

Large front and back decks on the outside of both levels look out over the beach and the backyard, a great setting for quiet relaxation, afternoon cocktails, or sun-drenched lounging. For beach days, the gorgeous sugar-white sand is right across the street, with a convenient outdoor shower nearby. Back at the house, the oasis-like backyard has 2 private pools: a smaller heatable one and a larger one that is great for cooling off in warm weather. A charcoal grill makes barbecues and outdoor meals easy, with a covered gazebo and a hammock to round things out. Over in the covered breezeway, a shaded ping-pong table and hammock chairs are waiting.

Tuxedo Flats sits just 2 miles west of Highway 59 on West Beach Boulevard, moments from the heart of Gulf Shores. Getting to the beach is simple, thanks to the 12th Street access just across the street.

This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
