Located in the heart of Poipu Beach, you have access to all that Poipu Beach has to offer; sandy beaches for swimming and snorkeling, golf, shopping and more. PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.
The Parrish Collection is a locally owned and based real estate management company that specializes in vacation rentals on Kauai and Maui. Our collections of rentals are professionally managed by in-house staff with a commitment to personalized service, fine attention to detail and a true sense of Aloha. The view was excellent. We watched sea turtles from the balcony! The host was very helpful. The pool was very small, but the location was great!

Amazing stay. Only issue was the washing machine smelled like mildew but they sent someone quickly to help.Beautiful views. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Plenty of extra linens. Close to everything. Loved our stay.

Perfect place to stay on the south shore. Easy access to Poipu beach and Shipwreck beach. Peaceful and so many beautiful views. Very nice area and simple drive to food and shops. Koloa is a cute town nearby with lots of eating options. We are a family of 5 (our 2 kids plus a son-in-law) and the setup worked perfectly for all of us. There is no A/C in this condo but you didn't need it with the ocean breeze. Condo even had beach chairs, ice chest and scuba gear to use!! Years ago, we stayed on the east side of the island, but after this visit I would easily pick the south shore again.
