REVIEWS
"This was the 3 or 4th time we have used Unsalted for our family vacation and we have always been pleased. This time we were at Happe House A, and it was great. Its location could not be beat if you wanted to be on the Grand Haven State Park Beach. A two minute walk to the park. The home had great views from the two decks and the living room. It accommodated the 11 of us with no problems. The home is 98 years old so there are a few creaks, but is fixed up well. We'll be back."

"Loved our stay, couldn't ask for a better sunset view! Appreciated that the beds were all real beds and not pull outs and couch spaces like some other places we've stayed in before. Would love to come back again sometime!"

Great communication. Great old house. Has old-school charm. Location is great if you don't mind walking a little to get to "downtown." Bedrooms were a bit cramped for 12 people. A couple of safety issues: nails sticking out (one of us got cut on the foot), and trip hazard in front of fireplace (many stubbed toes). Kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. Loved the box fans in all the bedrooms. The view is incredible!

Fabulous view of the Grand Haven State Park. Can be fun to watch all the craziness of the parking lot and beach while enjoying the view with a cocktail. The house has ample seating areas. It's definitely not a modern house (1921) so that means it can be tight in spots but has more character. The two bathrooms are a drawback but not a dealbreaker. Kitchen is well stocked to cook at home, which we did to avoid crowded restaurants. Can walk to the pier or town, and the beach is about 100 yards, so don't really have to drive much. Our group of 10 enjoyed it.
