Need more info about parking lot and checking in process via text/email instead of customer having to access portal themselves while navigating route. You could use more signs on the property denoting key areas.

Great beach ocean front condo! Clean, nicely decorated, great location.

Jade East seems to be an older property and guests should expect aging and wear. This is not a luxury property and if I were following hotel ratings, this one would be 2 stars. The kitchen was stocked sufficiently, the furnishings look fine although the rug does look dirty, as another reviewer mentioned.
The property manager was excellent, the guys that manage the chairs were great and it was nice chairs were included. The beach is lovely and it was nice to have a view. The balcony is small and the chairs on the balcony are starting to wear.
