Located on the second floor and with a large terrace of exclusive property, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, hair dryer, coffee maker, TV and mosquito nets.

independent apartments with a common entrance in a pretty courtyard.
From here start the stairs leading to the second floor, where the
apartment is developed.
A large terrace furnished with table and chairs allows you to enjoy panoramic views of the historic center of the small town.

entrance is into a modern living room furnished with an open kitchen
and dining room. The sleeping area is a triple bedroom furnished with a double + single bed.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
