This spectacular private residence features a large living area overlooking the heated pool with open valley views. Its open floor plan connects the living and dining areas to the kitchen with plenty of room for the entire group to gather.

Beautifully furnished and decorated throughout, the great room is also equipped with a large flat screen TV to provide your entertainment after a full day of mountain fun.

A gorgeous new kitchen includes chic countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel Viking appliances, and a large center island with sink and seating for three onlookers. A custom wet bar adds more ways to entertain in this inviting space. Guests have convenient use of a built-in Viking gas grill on the deck.

One Steamboat Place residences are designed for entertaining. A beautiful dining table seats 10 for the perfect meal and time to enjoy friends and family. All One Steamboat Place residences feature rich colors, natural textures, and sumptuous fabrics throughout the home.

Each primary bedroom offers a gas fireplace and flatscreen TV. The attached bath features a steam shower and Jacuzzi tub. In this residence, two bedrooms offer a king bed with private bath.

The third bedroom offers two full beds. The fourth bedroom is a kid's delight with an impressive bunk set up and includes PlayStation IV with a TV for hours of entertainment. All bedrooms have a private bathroom.

SKI ACCESS
Guests will pick up their skis and snowboards from the ski valet located right outside the One Steamboat Place building on the Plaza Level and walk straight to the base area lifts.

Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.

PARKING
Guests are allowed two vehicles in the parking garage. Valet parking is available.

All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
