For your convenience, the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop is just steps away, allowing easy access to other popular areas and resorts within popular Summit County. Great location to downtown. Basically right there. Good value. Was a hard to keep cool this summer, but I would assume generally not an issue at 9000 some feet. Communication very good and quick. I would stay there again.

It's always a joy to say in town in Breck. This condo is well located and comfortable. It is exceptionally clean and well stocked. A good value for the money, too!

This unit is exactly as described-great location, great pool/hot tub access, comfortable furniture, good amount of space.While the property management company was responsive they never solved any issues-fireplace didn't work, they quickly responded that they would put in a maintenance request but the issue was never fixed. There are also ski lockers on the bottom floor which is very convenient. However we only got a key to the locker itself, not the locker room. So we could not use the ski locker in fear we would not be able to get to our skis in the morning. The management company continued to insist that I had the correct key, even though building maintenance checked my key and confirmed it only worked on the lock on the locker and not the locker room door. So unfortunately we had to keep our gear in the car as they didn't want it to be stored in the unit. Also while the basics were in the unit, as advertised, make sure to bring extra supplies if needed-example-we had one kitchen towel, a couple rolls of toilet paper etc. It is all clearly noted-just wanted to point it out as some vrbos are very stocked and some are not.
