9/17/2026 Shorewood III Roof Replacement Project
We were notified today about a roof replacement project at Shorewood III
Starting 10/19/2026 and will finish by Thanksgiving weather permitting.
There will be no scaffolding involved. All the work will be done from the top. There will be a crane and a dumpster in the parking lot up by the building so parking will be blocked off on the row next to the building.
There will be access at all times except if they are making a lift over the entrances.
There will be some noise but it will not be a continuous noise like on a construction job.

This beautiful spacious 3-bedroom oceanfront villa is simply stunning, and the view will take your breath away! Located on the 2nd floor this villa has the most amazing ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. The private balcony is the perfect spot to sit and relax as you enjoy your morning coffee. The tile throughout the villa evokes the color of the wide sandy beach right outside your door.
