A spacious and cozy two-story apartment, perfect for accommodating up to 6 people. The living area and garden offer a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery, the nearby villas, and the sea—with Monte Carlo in the distance right across from you! The apartment is equipped with every comfort, including: unlimited Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, two bathrooms, and private parking. An opportunity not to be missed!

The apartment is spread over two levels connected by stairs.
The interior layout is as follows:
-> UPPER LEVEL
- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed.
- DINING AREA with a dining table;
- KITCHEN with a refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, dishwasher, conventional oven and microwave, electric kettle, moka pot, and kitchen utensils.
- BATHROOM I with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.
- GARDEN with a large covered area, as well as a BBQ and wood-fired oven, complete with a table, chairs, and lounge chairs—perfect for enjoying a lovely dinner with family and friends.
-> LOWER LEVEL (BASEMENT)
- BEDROOM I with a double bed. - BEDROOM II with two single beds and a desk.
- BATHROOM II with a bathtub, sink, bidet, and toilet.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, portable fans, washing machine, clothesline, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions to upload your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Bordighera, amounting to EUR 1.50 per night per person, which will be collected in cash, for the first 6 nights. Children under 12 are exempt.
We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.
