This dog-friendly 4th row from the coastal ocean cottage has everything. It has stunning tile floors throughout, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. The open and welcoming main area of the home encompasses the kitchen, dining area, and living room. This leads to the lovely screened-in porch and *a heated swimming pool.
The pool area is nestled among palms and sprawling live oaks and is perfect for dining al fresco. Plus, there are two king master suites, each with private bathrooms. And all of this is just a short sandy stroll to the beach. A Sea Pines experience like no other!
Refresher throughout the house interior and exterior fall of 2025 that included painting interior and exterior, new bathroom vanities, faucets and toilets, refacing of kitchen and laundry room cabinets and new kitchen faucet, new ceiling fans and updated artwork.

Our stay at 5 Piping Plover was great. We always appreciate a host that accepts our dog. The house worked welled with our family which included a 3 month old. We loved how close to the beach path it is. My only small complaint is there is not a handrail to get into the pool. One of our family has mobility issues and the steps into pool are fairly steep.

The property was wonderful. It was clean and communication with the rental company was wonderful. The access to the beach was the best. It was close and very convenient.

We stayed here for spring break with six adults and two young children (ages 1.5 and 2.5), and it was a great fit for our group. The location is ideal—very close to the beach—and the heated pool was a huge plus since the weather wasn’t quite warm enough for full beach days. The beach gear credit was a really nice perk; we used it to rent bikes with toddler seats and extra beach equipment. There’s easy access to bike trails, and it’s about a 10-minute bike ride to Salty Dog, which was perfect for casual outings.Communication with the vacation company was also very easy through the app, which made everything seamless from booking to checkout.
