The location was 5* the ocean view was extraordinary!! Overall the property was great. The only item we had a hard time with was sleeping on the mattress of master bedroom. We both sank to the middle - we prefer firmer mattresses. The rest was great. We have three kids and having a second bedroom with two double beds was extremely useful. We loved hanging around the common area by the beach and pool. The grounds are extremely well kept - the BBQs are always extremely clean. The communication was excellent !! We had a great family vacation. Would recommend

We just returned from 5 nights at this Kihei condo. The place was immaculate, furnished perfectly, and in a great location. We appreciated the little extras like beach chairs and a cooler. the location is great, between 2 gorgeous beaches. The buolding has a beautiful lawn where we watched the sunset each night. We will definitely be back.

I’ll start by saying the location was incredible. However there was a few things that did not meet what we were expecting. For starters the listing said there was a pull out couch, but when we went to open the couch, there was a sign that said they would charge us 200 to open it? There was six of us and needed that extra bed. We were also only provided 4 towels, the place wasn’t the cleanest (couch, walls, saw roaches on multiple days) and the pillows could be upgraded.. the standards just didn’t reflect the price point of this unit.
