The space
The 107-square-meter apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building with an elevator (two steps to access it).
The layout is as follows:

- OPEN-CONCEPT KITCHEN with gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, extendable dining table, and a view of the inner courtyard;
- BEDROOM I with a double bed, closet, desk, 42-inch TV, split A/C, and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM II with a double bed, closet, desk, 42-inch TV, split A/C, and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM I with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;
- TWO BALCONIES (accessible from both bedrooms).
> UPPER LEVEL
- LIVING ROOM with two chairs, coat rack, 32-inch TV, and split A/C;
- BEDROOM III with two single beds, a closet, and a coat rack;
- BEDROOM IV with a double bed;
- BATHROOM II with a shower, sink, and toilet.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, split-system air conditioning (ONLY in the two bedrooms on the lower level and in the living room on the upper level), two portable fans, mosquito screens, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.
WARNING. Please note that there is an internal staircase between the lower and upper levels (please exercise extra caution if traveling with children).
