Loved how clean the condo was and the location was perfect for having little kids. We loved being so close to the pool and playground. Carpet was completely wet from being cleaned our first day. Having a baby that crawls, that was a problem.We let the host know the remote wasn’t working for one TV and that the WIFI went out our third day. They said they would come fix both things and they never did.

Location and accommodations were good. Unit was a bit outdated. Missing a few useful items. Definitely needs new wifi provider or new router. The internet was painfully slow, and continually dropped.

It said it slept eight because there was a queen air mattress, but there was literally no place big enough on the floor to put a queen mattress. There were two towels in each bathroom and two towels for swimming, but we had eight people so we really could’ve used more. The biggest thing is that it was not clean. It did not smell clean. The floors were filthy, and the carpet desperately needed to be replaced. It just didn’t feel clean at all. There were crickets in the bathroom hair on the floor. It had obviously not been cleaned. The resort itself would be nice, but also needs some updates. Parts of the floor in the clubhouse were broken. None of the hot tubs were hot. I really wanted to love it because it’s such a cool resort but and in it’s current state, I wouldn’t stay there again because it’s not worth the money. Also, the weight room doesn’t open until 9 o’clock in the morning and closes at 9 PM which was just not very accommodating. Maybe there are more updated or better kept units within the resort that I would consider staying at. But the clubhouse and indoor pool need a major update and they really need to reconsider their hours. The host was very responsive and friendly when we did have to message him about getting in, so for their sake, I hope they update it and get better House Cleaners so that more people will utilize the property.
