This standard-rated two-bedroom, two-bath condominium is ideally located in the heart of downtown Aspen, just one block from the Silver Queen Gondola and steps from everything Aspen has to offer. Situated on the third floor, the condo features spectacular mountain views that will have you coming back year after year.
The interior is decorated in a charming Western-inspired style, complete with vintage artwork that pays tribute to Aspen's historic roots. The condo offers a fully equipped kitchen with marble countertops, a separate dining area for four, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, free wireless internet, off-street parking, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests.
The primary bedroom features a brand-new king bed, while the guest bedroom includes two twin beds that can be converted into a king upon request.
Guests also enjoy access to the community courtyard, which includes a gas grill and fire pit—perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain.
Like many Aspen homes, this unit does not have air conditioning. Cooling units and fans are provided, and Colorado's cool summer evenings naturally help keep the home comfortable.
