Villa Capricorn is a beautifully designed luxury villa offering privacy, comfort and spectacular views of the Aegean Sea. Set over three levels, it features spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, modern bathrooms and generous outdoor spaces. The private swimming pool and large terrace create the perfect setting for relaxing, dining and enjoying the views. Located just a short drive from Skiathos Town, Villa Capricorn combines the peace of a private retreat with easy access to everything the island has to offer. Villa Capricorn also features a range of accessibility features, including step-free access to selected areas, an elevator, an adapted bathroom, a walk-in shower, a shower chair and grab rails, making the villa more comfortable and accessible for guests with different mobility needs.

I’ll make it easy for you. If you don’t stay here you won’t know what you’re missing. Evan and his family are amazing people and hosts. This was mine and my husband’s 8th trip to Greece, always staying in different locations. Several family members joined us. Housekeepers came every day to mop the beautiful floors, fix our beds, empty garbage, etc. Outdoor breakfast offered every morning from 8-10am. The house is very comfortable, roomy, and has a well-appointed kitchen. We found it funny that most places we wanted to visit were either 7, 8, or 9 minutes from the house. The airport is about 6 minutes. The view is outstanding. The island of Skopelos is just a ferry ride away. The outdoor space is beautiful with a dining table and multiple chaise lounges and umbrellas around the pool. Every bedroom has access to an outdoor space. A free ride into town or the airport is offered by the hosts. There is always a sea breeze which made our June stay very comfortable. If we had any issues, they were immediately addressed. Highly, highly recommend.
