Overall, our stay was very nice. The house was clean and well furnished. When we arrived, the main floor was very warm and we were having trouble keeping it cool. We contacted maintenance and they were great and super responsive and came out to quickly fix the issue.We were, however, surprised that the guest for the main floor bedroom shares a bathroom with everyone else who may be on the main floor in need to use the restroom. We were also surprised at the size of the pool. It is much smaller than we anticipated and what it looked like in the pictures. But the small children were able to enjoy it.There are plenty of shops and restaurants and things to do close by as well as grocery stores.The beach shuttle was a lifesaver! They were very prompt and responsive to our request.The beach there is absolutely beautiful and perfect for a family with small children. It was a wonderful vacation for our families and we will return to Hilton Head.

We had a great time. The beach shuttle was a great feature. House was great. The elevator was a bit harder to use than we expected, but it did not turn out to be a problem. Highly recommend.

Suggestions:
- have some basic items for cooking (salt, pepper, steak spice, olive oil) available for guests
- extra toilet paper for one week stays
- have some pods (washing machine) available for laundry (maybe 5 to 10 for a one week stay)
