We were 2 family groups with 4 boys - aging 8-15. Although my kids missed the ease of staying on property they loved having their own room and being about to sprawl out and hit the pool and hot tub. Such a great house in an easy location minutes from WDW. Would def stay again!

This is an older community which means bigger villas so more space. The villa is comfortable and well presented, some cleaning wasn't brilliantWe had some issues, one of which wasn't getting the attention deserved until we visited the management company in person. The AC is good in the living room but not brilliant in the bedrooms. The bed in the back bedroom needs a new mattress
