Located on the first floor (please note there are a few steps at the building entrance), the apartment is a 15-minute walk from the MM Ottaviano metro station, which provides easy access to the city’s main attractions.
If you’re traveling by car, you can park for a fee on the street or at the Sforza Gino parking garage (a 4-minute walk away).
The apartment is laid out as follows:
-SLEEPING AREA with a double bed (1.60 m x 1.90 m), Smart TV, closet, split A/C, and sofa;
-OPEN-CONCEPT KITCHEN with induction cooktop (2 burners), dining table with chairs, mini-bar fridge and freezer, moka pot, electric kettle, microwave, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses, sofa;
-BATHROOM with shower stall, bidet, and toilet;
-BALCONY.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, building-wide heating, air conditioning (sleeping area), hot water, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hair dryer, soundproof windows.
PLEASE NOTE: A 50-liter water heater is provided for hot water; there may be a wait for the water to heat up.
The apartment is located in the Piazzale Clodio area, a quiet neighborhood about 15 minutes from the MM Cipro metro stop, which provides easy access to Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna, and Roma Termini Station, Rome’s main public transportation hub. The apartment is the ideal choice for exploring the city while staying in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center.

Place was located reasonably well from the train station and Vatican area. It was a 30 minute drive to the train area and a 25 minute walk to the Vatican area. There is a nearby supermarket if you need to buy some items. Beside it was a coffee shop if you want to have breakfast. Unit is clean and as described. Spacious bed room but narrow hallway where the receiving area, dining and kitchen are all located. Place is safe and building is locked. The only issue I had was the communication with the host. Response time I could be improved specially when I was already in town. I would understand when I was communicating from the US but it was frustrating when I was there and took longer to get a reply.
