With the bunkrooms downstairs and single room with adjoining bathrooms upstairs, it offers a great separation if needed. The dining room has a beautiful view from the bay windows. The upstairs balcony has a wonderful view that can't be beat!

We loved the cabin. It is in a great location, quick walk to beach. Plenty of linens and all the necessities. Everything was in good working order. A few things to know: The keurig does not use standard kpods, there is no hair dryer, the queen bedrooms are both upstairs...the bunks are down with the 1 hall bath... there is no elevator. Just to know in case you have someone that doesn’t do well with the stairs. The couches are comfortable but are in need of replacement...no tv in downstairs bedroom.Again, the cabin overall is great and I would stay there again. Cobb real estate was awesome. Friendly, Easy check in, information and they sent someone to change battery in smoke alarm as it was beeping. Easy check out as a key drop box... definitely recommend...

Property was good, the only downfall was the outside upper decks were small compared to most and limited ocean view. It is a Cobb property so be aware you have to drive to their office by the big store to check in and out.

We had 9 people here, 2 families. We had plenty of room for everyone to sleep, eat and hangout. Beds were all very comfy. We had a little trouble with the freezer leaking but we had maintenance here within minutes of calling. Quick drive to the beach was nice, can walk back if we forgot something. The only complaint would be all the hand soaps in the bathrooms were almost empty, we had to buy some more, no complimentary bath soaps or shampoos, and only 1 used roll of paper towels. House was nice and clean, outside parking area was nice with the bar area and charcoal grill
