Inside, the dining room table has 6 chairs. There is a wet bar with ice maker and four bar stools at the bar. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms. In the master bedroom suite is a king-sized bed and access to the balcony. The master bath has whirlpool tub, large tile shower, double vanity and large walk in closet. Your guest bedroom has a new queen pillow top bed and a 32” flat screen TV and access to a full bathroom. All linens are provided, and no need to bring your entire wardrobe – a full size washer and dryer are included in the unit.
The complex is conveniently located near shopping, grocery stores, drug stores as well as dinning and all types of entertainment. There are 5 swimming pools, 4 outdoor hot tubs, a heated indoor pool and hot tub, tennis court and a fully equipped exercise room with a view of the gulf. The complex provides easy and convenient beach access from the pool area.

A $150.00 cleaning fee will be added to each rental. A local tax of 16% will be applied to the total charge. Tenants must be 25 years of age to sign a contract agreement. Parking passes are billed separately and are $65.00 ea. with a maximum of two passes for our unit.
