The house was gorgeous and perfect for our group. We appreciate how well stocked it was on items like trash bags, dish pods and washer pods. We didn't have to buy much except for food. The kitchen was also well stocked with lots of pots, pans and cooking utensils. The grill outside was excellent and also had all the grill utensils anyone would need. There was lots of space for our family of 15 to hang out together on the first floor and upstairs in the game room. It’s a short walk to Tarpon Beach and there is a new parking area there for cars and golf carts which was super nice. We had trouble with the front door lock and the spa the first day, but those problems were addressed promptly. Overall, we were very pleased and happy with our time there.

Our stay was absolute perfection! We went with our entire family - 8 adults & 7 children (8 yrs to 6 months). The kitchen was very well furnished with everything we needed for the meals we had planned. The outdoor area - kitchen, tv, pool, hot tub, bathroom - was all used daily and worked well for adults & kids. We would definately come back & will recommend to family and friends!!

This is a great house overall but it had roaches and a fire alarm that went off multiple times a day for no good reason. Property management was would respond verbally to issues but extremely slow to take action. No one came to spray until Wednesday when the issue was reported right away on Saturday. When they did spray they were there for less than 5 min for that size house. For the amount of money this costs to rent it should not have uninvited guests (roaches)!!
