Picket fence enclosure is perfect for letting your pet off the leash to run around.Off street parking for 1 vehicle is provided behind the house. Plenty of street parking in front of the property. Located a block from Ashland: Henry Clay`s Estate which was established in 1811 and is a beautiful preserve of historic property and nature. Tons of shopping, restaurants and bars in Chevy Chase, Downtown and the Warehouse Block. Grocery, liquor store, drug store all within a mile. Lextran picks up nearby and has frequent scheduled runs to downtown and Keeneland Race Track. Location is about an $8 Uber/Lyft to downtown/Rupp Arena.

Pets: We are very Pet Friendly. Nonrefundable fee of $150 per pet. 2 dogs only maximum. Other type pets will need approval (All negotiable - Call Host)
Guest must notify us if they have a pet and provide details. Please note that only dogs are allowed and there is a 2 dog maximum under 40 pounds . A pet fee of $150 for one pet and $200 for 2 pets are required at check in. Pet Fee will be added at the time of booking. This is a short term rental so please make arrangement for your mail or set up a PO Box. We can`t be responsible for mail delivery. Any mail or packages that arrives after your stay will be marked `return to sender` or notify the delivery service to pick up the package.
