The heart of the living area is an open-plan living and dining area, which merges seamlessly into a covered terrace. A separate, fully equipped fitted kitchen allows for the communal and relaxed preparation of various dishes.
The remaining three bedrooms (one double and two twin) are located on the upper floor and share two further bathrooms. From here you can access a terrace balcony with fascinating views of the bay and the mountain scenery. A second, fully equipped kitchen completes the offer perfectly.
A private pool with an adjoining sunbathing area, framed by a green palm oasis, offers an exclusive oasis of relaxation. The raised and partially covered terrace with brick barbecue is the ideal place for convivial evenings in the open air.
