Ocean Vistas is the premier oceanfront complex in picturesque Daytona Beach Shores, and its resort-style amenities are what truly set this condo apart. The oceanfront heated pool is one of the largest on the beach at 75 feet long, and the oceanfront hot tub, spacious pool deck, gorgeous fountains and outdoor fire pit set the stage for the ultimate relaxing vacation. You'll also have access to the oceanfront fitness center and sauna. The well-furnished oceanfront clubhouse includes a library, an eating area, a large TV, a fireplace, a pool table and an expansive space for entertaining or hosting private parties. A business center on the second floor offers wireless internet, computers, fax machines and printers.

The moment you step into this spectacular 3rd floor, 3,000 square foot condo, you'll be wowed by every glimpse. It is completely decorated and furnished with no expense spared. Step through the double doors into the primary suite and fall in love with its spacious, extravagant surroundings. Pamper yourself with a luxurious bath while watching the swing-mounted TV on the east vanity. The enormous walk-in shower sits just across from the private water closet, and the linen closet is fully stocked with plush towels, hand towels and washcloths. The primary suite, living room, second guest bedroom and third guest bedroom each have their own entrance to the sprawling oceanfront balcony.

The first guest bedroom has two twin beds and a TV, with a full bathroom across the hallway. The second guest bedroom boasts a plush queen bed, a sleeper sofa, an oversized walk-in closet, a wall-mounted flat panel TV and access to the balcony. It also has an ensuite full bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower and ample vanity counter space. The third guest bedroom features a king bed, a walk-in closet, a TV and access to the balcony. Four additional rollaway beds are stored in the closets to accommodate up to 4 more guests.

The upscale designer kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and expansive cabinet space. The stylish dining room seats 6 and leads into the large entertainment area in the living room.

What makes this condo so exquisite is the sprawling oceanfront balcony with plenty of comfortable seating. Picture yourself on this gorgeous terrace surrounded by friends and family, taking in breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean while the sound of seagulls and the smell of the ocean air float by.

This condo includes parking for up to 2 vehicles. You'll receive two parking passes. The first is for your assigned garage space, which is guaranteed. The second is for the second garage, which has unassigned, first come, first served parking, so that space is not guaranteed. This means guests can have a maximum of 2 vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.

Items of note: There is no grill available for this condo. The existing built-in grill is not functional, and recent fire codes do not allow us to install a new one. Cable TV is available on the primary bedroom and living room TVs only. The other TVs have Roku devices.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back. Unless you are booking on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For Airbnb guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on Airbnb and we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.
