À propos de cette location de vacances
This beautiful 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom river adjacent cottage is located in historic downtown Bonita Springs! Equipped with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and plenty of space to host 6-8 people comfortably. You don't need to bring a thing other than you selves and a change of clothes! The house comes ready to stay in and fully stock with everything you may or may not need. I have a Kayak and paddle board that can be available on request. This property is located on only 4 miles from the beach and walking distance to parks, coffee shops, restaurants, and other activities. The house comes with access to neighborhood boat ramp and a 16 ft dock in an alcove connecting to the Imperial River which leads to the Gulf of Mexico. Come, Enjoy, and RELAX!!

Brad greeted me and showed me around upon my late arrival. So warm and helpful throughout my stay. The place was just the right size for one person. I easily made myself home. I loved the large sofa with the extension for putting my legs up while I watched the huge flatscreen tv. I loved the large shower head too. What generous supplies even for a one month stay! The bed was comfortable and I could easily adjust the air conditioner and heat pump. The location was perfect for walks to town and the park. I found it easy to get to Barefoot Beach and back and forth to Naples.Wonderful in every way!! I highly recommend!

Very well done - and superbly 'outfitted' - little cottage! I never took advantage of the water, but the location relative to all that goes on in Bonita Springs is great!
