Getting around and parking near “Il Pollaio” is easy thanks to several options designed for every need:
Short-Term Parking (Right Outside): Right next to the property, you can park along the street in the white-lined spaces. Parking is free and open to the public, regulated by a parking disc (maximum 90 minutes), ideal for loading/unloading luggage or running quick errands.
Long-Term Parking (Worry-Free): Just 200 meters from the apartment is a large public parking lot where you can leave your car for free day and night, with no time limits and no need to move your vehicle.
Guest Reminder
Tip: If you plan to explore the village on foot for the entire day, we suggest heading straight to the long-term parking lot 200 meters away; it’s a very short walk and will allow you to leave your car there with complete peace of mind and freedom.

This is a great place to stay. It is right in Panicale which has restaurants, cafes, groceries etc. The unit is very historic, is comfortable and has a great garden area

We stayed in Elisa's place in Panicale for 5 nights and it was the perfect place for us. It has a beautiful yard, comfortable and spacious kitchen, large bedroom and living room and the best part is that we could easily walk all over the historic centre! It was clean, very beautiful and we even had a BBQ one evening in the beautiful covered gazebo. Parking is very easy and close by, and the host was very responsive. Loved this place!

Beautiful property, very spacious, easily parked outside on street all stay.
The piazza with restaurants and cafes, only a minute walk around the corner.
Elisa is a fantastic host, always checking in on WhatsApp message to make sure you’re ok.
Highly recommend and will definitely return.

We loved staying in Panicale and in Elise’s apartment. Panicale is a wonderful village, well situated in Umbria for day trips to Tuscany, Perugia, Assisi and more. There are beautiful views to the Umbrian countryside to the south and Lake Trasimeno to the north. Our favorite day trips were to Castiglione del Lago, Montepulciano and Pienze, which overlooks the Val d’Orcia.
Elise was easy to communicate with and checked in on us regularly. The apartment is quite large and the architecture is stunning. Add a private garden, several excellent restaurants and shops in town and we couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend.
