Amazing oceanfront home…..your ideal vacation getaway! This home is perfect for entertaining with eight bedrooms, eight full baths, 1 half bath and large living areas with large flat screen TV's and relaxing sitting areas to enjoy the beachfront life. Featuring spectacular ocean views, large pool, hot tub and outdoor seating with private access to the beach!
Nine steps leads you to the grand entrance of the home. The first floor den greets you with cozy furniture, including a sleeper sofa, decorative fireplace, TV, and a large slider overlooking the pool and ocean beyond! Upon entering the home immediately to the right is bedroom #1 which has a king bed, flat screen TV, sliding doors to the pool area, and a private bathroom with shower. Bedroom #2 has a king bed, flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. There is also a powder room in the hall between these two bedrooms. On the other side of the living room is Bedroom #3 with King bed and ocean views, flat screen TV, access to the hall bathroom with a stall shower, this bathroom also has a washer and dryer. This bedroom also has a door that leads out to the deck/ pool area. Bedroom #4 has a king bed, tv, and a private bath with large shower. Bedroom #3 and #4 area connected by a glass door but have also been blocked by blackout curtains for privacy. To the left of the entrance you will find 7 stairs leading you to bedroom #5. This room has 2 Queen beds, flat screen TV and a private bath with shower. Nineteen steps will lead you to the second level of this beautiful home. On this level you will find bedroom #6 with a king bed, flat screen TV, and a large private bathroom with a walk in shower. Bedroom #7 is located on this same side of the house, with stunning ocean views, decorative fireplace, and a separate room with a reading chair and desk that overlooks the ocean and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Also, on this second level you will find the second living room with ocean views, 3 sofas, flat screen TV. Directly behind the living room is a table for 6. Next is the lovely kitchen that overlooks the ocean and has a dining room table with seating for 10. The kitchen has a door that leads out to the upper level patio. The kitchen also has a second washer and dryer and an additional fridge. 5 more steps up will take you to bedroom #8 which has a king bed and a bunk bed with a trundle pull out and a flat screen TV. This bedroom has a walk-through closet and a private bath with a shower.
Outdoors you will find the private pool area complete with a spa, outdoor dining table, lounge chairs, and an outdoor shower. There is a spiral staircase that leads you to the 2nd floor balcony which can also be accessed through the inside of the home. On the 2nd floor balcony there is a propane grill and a table for 6. This spectacular home will not disappoint! Only two minutes away from Palmetto Dunes golf courses.
Pool and spa heat available for additional fee. Pool and spa heat requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date to ensure the best service. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to heat.

This house is in a great location with perfect beach view and access. With 8 bedrooms, we were able to be comfortable with our family gathering of 18 people. The furnishings are nice enough but not beachy - dark cherry and "leather". The kitchen is not well equipped for cooking for a crowd and has limited counter space. Fortunately there's a second refrigerator in the "pantry", which also holds a second washer/dryer stack. This makes for a very crowded pantry but the 3nd frig is essential to feed 18! The refrigerator regularly ran out of ice but there's an ice maker in the bar area of the lower level. The upper deck is great but unfortunately has no roof or umbrella, and the table is too small to accommodate a crowd for dinner. The elevator is great to haul luggage and groceries, and was also important for our mobility limited family members. A house manual would be helpful (we received only the generic info from the rental company that applies to all houses)...but we figured things out. Wifi worked well. Access and response to problem solving was good, since there were several issues but resolved within 24 hours. Bottom line - if you need a big house, it works and you just can't beat this location, awesome view and direct beach access!

Nice big house and great location. Great house for location and large group. Easy private access to the beach, like a 100' walk right out the front from the pool area. Great beach area. The beach area in front of the house is not busy even during the Hilton Head busy season. Pool was very nice, and the hot tub was excellent. Had a couple of issues that the property manager had to take care of. Very responsive. Driveway has plenty of parking. Easy access to highway and the good restaurants on the island. great quiet streets to bike on along with the beach of course.
