Only 2 downsides to this wonderful property. The first is that there is only 1 bathroom, but as a group of 10 women, we didn’t have an issue with it! The second is the cooking situation, there aren’t great pots and pans and far more lids (maybe some pots couldn’t be saved), so if you need to do any actual cooking you might want to bring your own. You could easily fit more than 10 people with the amount of beds and couches. Everything was super clean and as listed.

The house was very cold and hard to warm up, even with the wood stove and thermostat heat. Sheets had sauce of some sort on them, the “game room” in the description is not on the property. Beer cans and cigarettes butts were lying around the property and back porch/ side yard. Mice poop in cabinets. Floors were dirty. King bed headboard is not attached correctly and leans. Road is very close, and loud at night. The property was nice and loved the bar and stream in the back, the wood stove is a very nice feature.

The place was perfect for my husband and I. Perfect location, close to many attractions less than a 20min drive. Beautiful back yard, my dog was a big fan! Place is located on a busy street and property is not fenced off but my husband and I didn’t mind. Would definitely stay again when visiting Traverse City!
