The 110 m² vacation rental, which is in like-new condition, will be completed in July 2024 and spans two floors.
The unit is located on the second floor.

The upper floor features a spacious open-concept living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a guest restroom, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The couch in the living room converts into a bed. The bedroom (bed: 180x200) and the living room open onto a balcony.
Upstairs, there is another large, spacious room with a double bed (140x200) and a children’s room with a bunk bed (90x200 and 120x200).
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a washing machine, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
A free parking space is available right next to the vacation rental.
