After reading many good reviews about this villa and Carol herself, I felt confident when booking. When we arrived the villa was as described, overall we were very happy. We had a couple of minor issues which were quickly resolved after contacting Carol. The villa had everything you could need and it is in a great area. Would not hesitate to book another stay here!

The house was fine for our family. We were unable to use one of the bedrooms due to it was made for children young children. It had a waterproof mattress that was very uncomfortable.
The house is close to Disney in a well maintained neighborhood. We had an issue with the pool heater, but the property manager was on top of it.

The property was clean and had everything we needed. I paid extra to have the heated hot tub and pool (50/night). The pool was fine but the hot tub was cool. No steam coming from the water. Property manager was called and promptly came to check.
The pool was about 85 but the hot tub was only 91. Hot tubs are typically around 100+. This was disappointing because I was looki g forward to relaxing in it. Because the cooler temp we barely used it.
The property manager responded to a couple calls we had incl having the wrong code to get in the house.
