Your Property:
This contemporary two-story, custom-built home overlooks seven miles of beautiful beach. The upscale interior features an open floor plan, nine-foot ceilings, and large-scale windows that flood the space with natural light and offer incredible ocean views.
Living & Dining: The main floor combines the living, kitchen, and dining areas for a great-room experience. The living room has comfortable seating on three couches and two club chairs around an HD flat-screen TV. The expansive dining table seats ten for group meals or game nights, all with a stunning ocean backdrop.
Fully Appointed Kitchen: The chef in your group will enjoy amazing ocean vistas while cooking. The kitchen includes:
Refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher
Gas cooktop stove and oven
Waffle iron, hot air popcorn maker, and crock pot
Coffee makers, a blender, and a toaster
Baking pans, a rolling pin, and a Brita water filter
Four Bedrooms and Three Bathrooms (Sleeps 10): Each of the four bedrooms has its own individually controlled heating source. All bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer and a close-up mirror.
Main Level Primary: King bed with an attached bath featuring a large shower.
Upstairs West-Facing Primary: King bed with ocean views, a TV, and a closet.
Upstairs East-Facing Primary: A quieter room with a King bed, an attached bath with a six-foot tub, a TV, and a closet.
Upstairs Bunk Room: A cozy room with a bunk bed and a trundle.
Additional Sleeping: A sofa sleeper and a rollaway bed are also available.
Outdoor Living:
Oceanfront Deck: An extra-large deck with dining space for ten.
Private Hot Tub: Relax in the six-person hot tub while watching the waves.
Philosopher’s Bench: A cedar log bench facing the ocean for quiet contemplation.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire home and all its amenities. This includes all interior spaces, washer and Dryer, the oceanfront deck with the hot tub, the sheltered south-facing deck with the BBQ, and the private path that provides direct access to the beach.
Interaction With Guests:
We prioritize your privacy so you can enjoy your retreat. While we will not be present at the property during your stay, we are readily available by phone or message to answer any questions or assist with any needs that may arise.

Occupancy Limit: The maximum occupancy for this property is 10 guests. This number includes all adults, children, and infants and cannot be exceeded at any time during your stay, including by daytime visitors.
Beach Access: The home features a private path for direct beach access. Please use caution as the path may be steep or uneven in places.

Truly a wonderful house and location!!! Our whole family loved it. 4 generations 7 of us for 6 days. So much better than a hotel. It was the only house I could find with all king beds. My parents were able to stay on the ground floor with everything available to them. My husband and I also had a master suite upstairs, big enough for the baby to sleep in a playpen in our room. All three bedrooms are large. The bunk-room is very small but our daughter was able to fit. The hot tub was wonderful and even accommodated for my mom, recessed into the deck. Every bathroom had a convenient extra mirror for makeup and shaving up close. I love that. There was plenty of furniture for us all to be comfortable. Room for small play yard. The kitchen was well stocked with small appliances and other cooking supplies. The beach is very accessible. Wow! Just need to be careful of roots thru the very short pathway to a short set of stairs. Shared with the neighbor. We didn't have any neighbors during our 6 day retreat. Many things are easily accessible in Depoe Bay or short drive to Lincoln City. Just a great location. Steep drive down to the street in front of the house. It is a dead end, so it is quiet. We loved the view thru the trees. Beautiful!!!Loved the gas fireplace and individual heat in each room. We were there late May. it was chilly. Large laundry room. Great parking in front. Plenty of room for our crew-cab pickup and suv. Highly recommend it!!!!

There were several pros to the property. The kitchen was properly supplied, paper and other cleaning essentials were good, and the layout of the home worked for our family. The biggest thing the house has going for it is the access to the beach and the beautiful view. Unfortunately, the areas needing attention impacted our overall experience. The home reeked of fish. The smell was so pungent that our attempts of clearing the smell (deodorizing spray which we purchased and leaving the windows open) were not helpful. There are areas of the home that hadn’t been cleaned in some time, specifically a piece of furniture which needed dusting, cobwebs hanging above the bed in the downstairs bedroom, and the deck was littered with sticks and pine needles which were also in the hot tub. The carpet looks to be quite old, there was a screen door off the tracks, and the dishwasher needs to be replaced as it was missing key parts. There isn’t an ice maker in the freezer which is inconvenient. The ice trays had been filled but weren’t quite frozen when we arrived, and in the three days we stayed the ice never fully froze. It’s a beautiful area. Just leaving review as a “nice to know” before arrival.
