Space & Atmosphere
The unit unit spans approximately 450 square meters of indoor living space and an equal or major amount of private outdoor areas, it is set within a semi-detached villa of two units, each one completely independent from the other, featuring a private garden and exclusive-use pool.
Each space has been designed for comfort and conviviality: six bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens (indoor and outdoor), and elegant living areas with Smart TVs, Netflix, a premium sound system, and high-speed fiber Wi-Fi.
The villa comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests in four double bedrooms and two quadruple rooms, making it ideal for large families, groups of friends, or private events in an exclusive and refined setting.

It was a pleasure to stay at this beautiful villa in Fontaine Bianche. Hector is an accommodating and responsive host with excellent recommendations for authentic local restaurants and attractions. The pool and hot tub are crystal clear, and the house is spacious, with good hang-out spots, both inside and out. Minutes away from beaches and restaurants. La dolce vita!

We had a great time staying in this Sicilian Villa. Our family of 10, ages 9 to 79 years old, all had fun. The pool and hot tub with many open, ceiling fanned, shaded areas around them were wonderful places to gather and spend time together. Outdoor kitchens and fridge, outdoor showers, lush tropical landscaping, a short walk to the beach, shops, gelato, and restaurants made things easy for us. Ice trays and the laundry machine were appreciated. The roof room area up a spiral staircase was surprising and fun for all. Such fantastic views to the ocean! We were all able to gather and enjoy the view and sunset from the roof one night. There was a large gated area for us to park and securely leave our rental car. There was more than enough space for our group and many friends. It was a beautiful place to stay. Thank you for making our trip to Fontane Bianche so memorable!

A family get together from around the world! This villa was exactly what we were looking for. A quiet beach town, with a rustic Italian villa with everything we needed! Beautiful set up!! Host was amazing and always available when we needed anything! 100% recommend!!!

The property was half a very large house.
Plenty of room.
Big enough for 13 0f us.
It was very hot but we knew this.
We generally had a good time but the resort was very very crowded.
Our biggest issue was transport. The train station was having building works and it was very hard to get a taxi to visit other places
It is necessary to have a car as the buses are not great either.
We also had a problem with restaurants in the evening. Not many for the number of people around.
The owner brought us some food and online newspapers.
