This cabin was perfect for my family’s summer vacation. Every room has a door outside to the balcony. THE KITCHEN was exactly what we wanted and needed. It is HUGE!! Two refrigerators and Two dishwashers. All 25 of us said that this was the perfect home. The owner was very responsive. We have no complaints about this cabin or the owners. If or when we go back to Gatlinburg, we will not hesitate to book this house again. Also, everyone that I talked to in Gatlinburg was helpful and overall nice. It is a real great place!!! 5 Stars!!!!!

The property was so perfect for our trip. The bedroom situation was perfect. It was clean and had lots of amenities.

Not very clean, several of the beds had the wrong sized sheets (queen sheets on king beds, would not stay on), beds were like crib mattresses, one of the hot tubs did not work, one of the games did not work, dishwashers did not clean (we even pre-rinsed all dishes and they were still dirty after running dishwasher twice), towels were VERY cheap, only one dishcloth and dishtowel, was never able to get the TV in the theatre room to work, several TV's in bedrooms were difficult to work (had to keep jiggling cords to get them to connect), floors were DIRTY! (people had BLACK feet from walking on floors), one of the tubs had the stopped closed and upon arrival had dirty standing water and made the tub slimy, had to go buy cleaning materials to clean it, one of the freezers smelled like rotten fish, advertised as having a grill with propane, only had a charcoal pit, broken chairs in dining room, overall property was not very well maintained.
