Join us under the sea in this 1,200-square foot two-bedroom with loft vacation condo located on the 4th floor with a central AC system. From the ocean artwork at the entryway, to the charming sea décor adorning the unit, Unit 9409 seems like the perfect match for this seaside town. Walk up the spiral staircase to the master bedroom, which features a queen bed, flat screen TV, and bathroom, along with a 24” Flatscreen Hi Definition LED TV and monitor on the desk workstation in the loft for those needing a place to work. The guest bedroom features 2 extra-large twin beds that can be converted to a king bed, a flat screen TV and Blue Ray DVD player. You will also find a DVD movie collection here for your convenience. The living room includes a 55" Flatscreen TV, a Blue Ray DVD player, and a sofabed. (A pack n play is also available).
A Cribbage Board amongst other various board games, puzzles for children ranging from 24-100 pieces, and family card games can all be found in this homey unit. Maui Guide books, along with a Road to Hana CD, are also available for your use. Want to take a quick stroll down to the beach? This unit provides coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, water noodles and beach toys for children!
Try your hand at preparing island cuisine in your full kitchen which includes a full-sized refrigerator, four-range stove with double ovens, dishwasher, cookware, dishware, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and breakfast bar.

Location was great. Could use some info on how to run the lights and A/C. Took a while to figure out the remotes. Great Great Location. Slept 4 adults well. Futon could hold another person.

We had a great time staying at this condo with our toddler and baby in January 2020. The location is awesome, we love being just across the street from K3 beach. This condo has a large lanai (some are small at Kam Sands) and lots of space inside for a family. AC worked really well and easier to have central AC than individual room units. There’s a good view of the ocean from the lanai so we were able to watch sunsets and whales breaching in the evening. Kitchen is well-stocked and rooms are comfortable. Only downsides were that bathrooms need a bit of an update and futon is better suited for a kid sleeping on it than an adult. All around a great condo to stay at and we’ve seen a few!

We stayed at Kamaole Sands many years ago. What’s apparent is that the property, while being maintained is aging and a questionable value at nearly $4000/week. AC noisy and shuts off after running 4 hours. The washer smelled badly and both the washer and dryer had problems. Unit lacks the illustrated dining table. It’s ok, but there are probably better values out there.
