Beautiful and comfortable villa with private pool in Denia, on the Costa Blanca, Spain for 8 persons. The house is situated in a rural and residential beach area, close to restaurants and bars, at 500 m from Las Marinas, Denia beach and at 0,5 km from Mediterranean, Denia. The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The accommodation offers a lot of privacy, a beautiful lawned garden with gravel and trees and a beautiful pool. Its comfort and the vicinity of the beach, places to shop, sports activities, places to go out, sights and culture make this an ideal villa to spend your holidays in Spain with family or friends and even your pets.

A beautiful & mature outdoor area. The evenings were so relaxing sitting with a glass of wine looking at well kept garden. The pool was fantastic. My 2 boys spent almost every minute & with multiple inflatables was ample space for lots of fun. The villa had 3 rooms down & 1 up (access from outside property). It was well positioned with ample snack/restaurants in walking distance together with flat beaches and supermarket amenities. We hope to return another time to this villa

The villa is located in a small cluster of houses just outside las marinas. Ideally you need a car to access restaurants and supermarkets, although these are pretty local.
Plus points - decent pool, bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size. The garden is great as well and there is plenty of seating.
A few minor improvements would be welcome:
- moving the fridge freezer to the kitchen so you don’t have to walk through the master bedroom to get ice would be helpful.
- larger glasses and some plastic cups for around the pool would be good.
- slightly slightly better lounge furniture, the sofa is ok but the ikea tub chairs aren’t very comfortable.

we had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, spacious and very well equipped. The air conditioning worked very well in the hot summer weather. The outside space was fabulous - the garden and pool were both beautifully maintained and there were plenty of sun loungers and exterior dining tables. Thank you for a lovely holiday!
