Renovated in 2022, this 90-square-meter apartment is located right on Lake Constance. It’s a 3-minute walk to the beach and an 8-minute walk to downtown Bregenz. Behind the house, you can set out on the hiking trails leading up Pfänder, the local mountain.

The apartment is perfect for two - three adults and is a great "base" for local hiking in Switzerland and Austria. The drive time to Santis in Switzerland was 60-90 minutes and there are other local trails that were enjoyable. We did not engage in activities on the lake, but did walk pathway on the edge and it was nicely maintained with many local restaurant options. I recommend the place as it was close to the city, alpine hiking, clean, and good amenities in the kitchen.
