This was perfect for our large party in town for a family reunion. Pool and hot tub were bothClean and nice.

Amenities-pool and hot tub were very nice, house was nice had everything needed for our stay. There was a lot of general maintenance things that were frustrating - the outside hose is falling apart and has 1 spot where half the water leaks out from it. The house itself could use a day of deep cleaning, bathroom vents stocked full of dust, there were 3 vacuums on the site, but only 1 seemed to work. Same with the pool there were 2 pool vacuums but only 1 worked which was the manual one. Beds all had middle support slats that were busted so beds folded inwards like a taco. Overall we did enjoy our stay. The location is great, you’re away from town, but not so far that it is inconvenient. Outside yard was well maintained and had been freshly mowed before our arrival which was nice with bringing 3 dogs along.

We enjoyed the lodging and the pool and hot tub. Great experience!

We rented this home for a family vacation and were approved for an early 2:30 p.m. check-in.Upon arrival, the outdoor area was in a state of untidy and dirty neglect: dirty and broken patio furniture, a non-functioning grill, two broken pool filters, broken pool ladder, and a large pile of discarded inflatables under the pool deck. The hot tub was brown and murky following a chemical treatment and remained that way through the next morning. It also had a visible hole in the exterior. Discarded debris accumulated throughout the landscaping.The interior, while surface-clean, showed significant deferred maintenance — broken closet doors, a flickering overhead light, a broken bathroom handle, missing lightbulbs, an uncleaned oven, a dirty laundry room, missing drawer pulls, cobwebs, to name a few. ALL linens from the previous week were left damp in ONE dryer load, requiring us to launder them ourselves.When concerns were raised, the host responded defensively, dismissing each issue as not affecting our enjoyment of the property or because of our early check-in request. We later learned the husband/wife duo manage 15 properties and must be unable to adequately oversee subcontracted services.We drained and cleaned the hot tub and filter, tidied the patio, replaced the A/C filters, repaired the vacuum, and addressed several other maintenance issues. We left this property in better condition than we found it.
