Very practical , location is ideal central for 10min walk to tram, centre old town , beach, markets, hypermarkets, parks .etc
The apartment clean with plenty towels & bedding , great having a washing machine , all you need for a holiday.
An iron would be handy.

Having stayed in this block before we knew the location was excellent.
Central for the old town, only a 5 minute walk and around 10-15 to the new town.
Large Mercadona right next door.
Private pool that was never busy.
The apartment itself is bright and modern.
All the essentials you need, washing machine, ironing board, iron, fridge etc.
Only minimal point was that there is no air con, luckily it wasn't too hot when we were there in September but air con would be a great feature to add.
