Designed to comfortably sleep six guests, the primary suite features a queen bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, while a queen sleeper sofa in the spacious living area provides additional accommodations. A second full bathroom is conveniently located just off the main living space. One of the standout features of this property is the private balcony off the living and dining area, where you can enjoy fantastic ocean and bay views — the perfect setting for morning coffee or relaxing evenings.
The 9400 Building offers everything you need for a relaxing and convenient stay, including one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City, a fitness room, coin-operated laundry facilities, secured building entry, and one assigned parking space. You're within easy walking distance to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and just steps from the beach.
Your reservation includes a $65 building amenity use fee. Additional parking may be available directly through the 9400 Building on a first-come, first-served basis for an additional $65.

Wonderful view of ocean, city streets, and Bay Area. Staff was friendly and addressed issues quickly. Furniture is older than pictured. Price was a little high for the small area (mirrors used to make rooms look bigger). Overall, we had a wonderful time. It was comfortable and met our needs.

We enjoyed our stay. The place had everything we needed including the beach and pool.

The the unit was very nice but a little outdated. The toilet kept running and the property manager was aware before we moved in. No towels, hairdryer and lack of supplies in the kitchen. Found dishes that was never cleaned out and stank in the dishwasher. We had to rerun. The area of location was beautiful. Overall nice but needs updating.
