Enjoy the convenience of South Maui from this one-bedroom condo at the Maui Vista. This garden-view condo is located towards the back of the condo and provides peace and quiet. This condo will accommodate up to four people with a queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all of the tools you need to make meals to eat in (new stove as of Oct 2022), or to pack up for your on-the-go adventures. New updates as of 2023 include Quartz countertops, luxury vinyl flooring and bedroom furniture including a pillow-top mattress.
This condo is located at the Maui Vista in South Kihei. This conveniently located condo is across from Charley Young Beach and is within walking distance to many shopping and dining options in Kihei. The Cove Beach Park is nearby and features surfing lessons and surfboard rentals. The best that Kihei has to offer is all within your reach in this renovated one-bedroom condo.

We booked through Expedia and they have many different pictures of different units. You don’t know which you will get. We have been given unit 3111. The unit is well equipped with beach equipment, well stocked kitchen, and enough towels. But unit is very old and dirty. Cleaning company did great work, but carpet is nasty, walls are dirty, and cockroaches are everywhere. Stove top is not functioning properly, some of the heating elements are not working, another are curved and it’s hard to cook on. Pillows are not comfortable at all. Since we booked it as a place to sleep and cook breakfast, it was ok, but overpriced. I don’t think we will be back. This unit needs renovation and pest control.
