The house was clean. The host was friendly and accommodating for example when I inquired if the kitchen had a handheld mixer so we could make a cake for my daughter's birthday, the host put one there so that we would not have to bring ours. The host said that he would handle all of the cleanup when we left which made our last night much more relaxing than at other places we have stayed where we had to pack the night before so that we would be able to do the required cleaning in the morning. We didn't have any pets so I can't reply to that one. The Kitchen was well stocked. There were two washing machines and two dryers in the laundry area. There was sufficient parking for three vehicles and probably could have parked more if needed. The half bath off the living area on the second floor was useful for grandchildren. It was nice to have blackout curtains for the bedrooms and living areas. It was good that there was access to Denise that make getting to the beach boardwalk easier. This house is close to the clubhouse with a pool, fitness room and tennis court which I imagine is a plus for some.

Loved the short walk to the beach. Love that it is dog friendly thats a big plus. You can see the ocean from the house.

Well stocked home in convenient location a short walk to the beach. View of ocean from balcony. House clean , good beds and very responsive owner. Nice amenities also a short walk from house. Really nice community pool and club house. I messaged owner for check out instructions and the response was “We will take care of all the cleaning, just enjoy your stay.” Thank you Zen!
