The house was very clean when we arrived. The host, Manfred, contacted and visited us on the first day of our stay, to make sure everything was good. The house is very nice and welcoming. Airco did it's job. The pool and it's area are perfect with good furniture (maybe new pillows for the chairs in the future). Also the outsidearea needs a bit of attention (paint, wires in the dockarea) but that are minor issues. We enjoyed it. The surrounding area is very quiet but within 5 minutes you can reach shops, stores and restaurants. For the beach there are some beachchairs and parasol available. Perfect. We enjoyed our stay and when visiting the area again in the future would love to stay at Villa Savona again.

We were actually pleasantly surprised at the property! Lovely place to stay! And fairly close to several beaches! There were plenty of places to go shopping and out to eat. We did cook a couple meals and they did supply all the needed dishes and pans too! The wife and I will look into staying there again next time we go to Florida!

What a gem of Villa Savona turned out to be. The Villa was immaculately presented and the location was perfect on the waterway. The pool area and lounges were also 5 Star . The actual location of the villa was exceptional and was just a short drive to the local beach . Also a good location for getting about to Sanibel Island and surrounding beach’s , Fort Myers , Venice and Naples . Access was also excellent for local restaurants and food shopping and again not far away from Fort Myers , Miromar Outlets and Coconut Point . A shout out to Christian and Manfred. Thanks for having us will surely will be back in Cape Coral Savona Villa in the future.

Great house. Love the layout. Love that there was bikes for the boys to ride
