Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this beautifully furnished two-bedroom, two-bath condominium is located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island.
Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.
In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.
All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.
Beach Club 226 features has a good ocean view and is beautifully furnished with a casual beach decor. All Beach Club residences feature complimentary wireless internet access.
Bedding Includes: 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Sleeper Sofa
Beginning 9/6/2026, The Beach Club will be undergoing a roofing project starting just after Labor Day and continuing through November. During this time, vacation rentals are expected to remain available, and the association anticipates minimal disruption. Guests may experience some intermittent noise throughout the complex and temporary parking restrictions, while other areas of the community may not experience any noticeable impact.
Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March thru October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! 1st visit to St. Simons. Great place to relax. Headed down for a long weekend. Coulda stayed by the pool the entire time. Clean and spacious rooms. We explored the island just enough to want to come back. Next time it's gonna be a week.

The unit has recently been renovated and is very clean and comfortable. It is just steps from the pool and boardwalk to the beach. St Simons is a great little island for relaxing. The beach is flat and wide, especially at low tide. Lots of restaurants to choose from, with really nice servers. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

I always enjoy The Beach Club at St Simons. This unit was nice and the property manager was very easy to reach if needed. They were very nice and accommodating as well! The pool is huge and it’s only about an easy two or three minute walk to the beach down a beach trail. We can’t wait to go back next year!
