The single-family home (semi-detached) has been carefully renovated and now features a new kitchen, new living room furniture, three completely refurbished bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
On the patio, the balcony, and in the garden, you can let off steam, relax, and soak up the sun.
The adventure begins right outside your door: the Partnach Gorge, the summer toboggan run, and many walking trails are just steps away.
On the first floor, you’ll find the spacious living room with access to the patio and garden, as well as the new kitchen, a hallway with a shoe cabinet and coat rack, and a restroom.
Upstairs, you’ll find two fully equipped bedrooms, each with a double bed (two separate mattresses, each measuring 90x200 cm), as well as a room with a bunk bed (each mattress measuring 90x200 cm). There are also two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub).
The basement has storage rooms and a washing machine.
The patio has a set of furniture (chairs and a table) for 6 people.
