Very well appointed and clean! The hot tub and porch areas were very clean and well kept, the beds were comfortable and the living spaces were well thought out. We will definitely check here first for our next trip!

We had a great time in Fredericksburg. The house was super cute and had everything we needed.

Perfect stay, perfect location, comfortable beds, relaxing decor with all needed amenities. Affordable and exactly what we needed. We'll be back. Only feedback we had is perhaps provide ice or ice trays to make ice for drinks.

This cottage is very cute. The holiday decorations were an added bonus. The only problem is the mattress in room 1 sinks to the middle. The other room needs a step stool to get in bed. I was assured by the owner it was a new mattress. Maybe they should spend a night in this bed. Getting a good night sleep is a big part of ant stay.
