This outstanding property has been totally renovated. Views of the Banana River are panoramic and dock has two kayaks. Kitchen has granite counter tops, new cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Location is near Cocoa Pier and several great shops and restaurants are walking distance. Orlando attractions are only sixty miles west so day trips are easy. Watch space launches while enjoying warm breezes in back yard. You can catch fish from dock or rent a boat to explore Banana and Indian rivers. Beach access is only a couple of blocks from home.

Of all the houses we’ve rented in the pass this is my favorite - especially because of the backyard. We saw so many wildlife - from dolphins to stingrays. the house is well supplied with everything we needed. The neighborhood was super quiet. Great location - literally 2 mins to a Publix & multiple restaurants. So many different places to sit in the house - all comfy. We had great night sleep. Truly a perfect getaway house.

We had a GREAT Time!!! We were there as a family to celebrate a 65th birthday. The house is very nice and all the beds very comfy. The birthday girl was very happy to kayak, see the sun rise and set and watch all the birds and SeaLife show up right off the dock.

Everything was great during our stay. The house was exactly as we expected, and had everything we needed. The location and access to surrounding attractions was great.

Absolutely beautiful!! The house was very roomy and seven of us did not feel cramped. The pool and the hot tub was great!! The view was breathtaking! We couldn’t have picked a better house or location. We fell in love with the house and the town! I can’t wait to rent it for our next family vacation
