It’s a 2-3 star apartment in a great location.. Management and getting keys etc is really good. No A/C (fans provided).

The location is wonderful, across from the Prom and the Méditerranean. It really is azure blue. And the weather was great every day.
Add safety handholds in the shower it’s dangerous. I slipped twice. It’s a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Love the location on the Promenade des Anglais. A secure building nd the maintenance staff does a great job.
Add safety hand holds in the shower and more towel hooks.

The apartment location is excellent. Rooftop pool is very nice and has an amazing view… but staying inside the apartment was almost unbearable, because of absence of the air conditioner. Otherwise the apartment was nice and clean. Would be nice for the early spring or fall stay.
