This condo’s kitchen adds character to the condo with its emerald tile countertops and checkered backsplash. Serving up egg muffin sandwich or elbow macaroni & cheese will be a breeze with the available cookware. You can also store plenty of goodies in the jumbo fridge!
The condo’s full-length balcony casts natural light throughout the open layout. Discover a generous sneak peak of the ocean’s beauty as you breathe in its fresh air. Sipping a cup of coffee here pairs perfectly with watching the rising sun premiere over the horizon. Like a secret garden, guests can privately retreat to the master suite. - 1 paper towel
- 1 toilet paper per bathroom

A departure clean is included in your stay.
There are coin/card-operated laundry facilities on-site in each building.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit, on the balcony, or inside any gated areas. Smoking is only permitted away from the building.
* All guests staying will have access to every amenity (when open).
* The lazy river (located behind the A Building) and oceanfront pool (located in front of the A Building) will be open year-round
* The pool located behind the A building between the Lazy River and the A building is heated.
* The indoor pool and hot tub located in the B Building are open year-round.

2026: A parking fee $10 per vehicle/per day will be charged at the security gate via credit/debit card. You will receive a hang tag from the security gate with the dates of your stay. Please have the parking pass displayed at all times while on the resort property. This is a Myrtle Beach Resort policy and not by Myrtle Beach Management. Please call our office for monthly parking rates.
2026: Trailers (restricted to 18 feet end of trailer to hitch) may be brought by guests, on a first-come, first-served basis, for a daily fee of $15 for 9 months of the year with the exception of the months of June, July, and August, during which time no trailers are permitted on the property. The Vehicle pulling the trailer will be assessed $10 per day, and each Motorcycle - $10 per day

The condo was clean and ready, The AC worked great, all the appliances worked, etc. The living room has a comfortable recliner and couch, the beds were good. It's as described, so it's a smaller condo as far as bedrooms and bathrooms but everything was fine for a beach vacation for a week. The kitchen has plenty of room and counter space and I appreciated the table height dining table and chairs. Wifi worked fine. Parking is first come, first served so you might get a spot right in front of your condo entrance or you might get one 100 yards away but it wasn't really a big deal. The property has a LOT of speed bumps which keeps traffic slow and safer for kids but not fun driving over - but that's the property, not the unit. It was a short walk across the parking lot to the beach (very close) and pool and the beach bar was convenient to have right there just down the beach. Walmart is right across the street for groceries along with other stores and shops and I didn't encounter any heavy traffic entering or leaving this area of Myrtle Beach.

Overall a nice stay. The property was well maintained and family friendly even in the middle of bike week. If booking again, I would pack my own sheets. Those provided were scratchy. Not a deal breaker, just information for the next guest.

Une semaine de vacances en famille parfaite, l’hébergement est assez grand pour 5 personnes avec les 2 salles de bain et les 2 chambres avec lits superposés. Les lits sont confortables. Très bien insonorisé. La proximité de tout, plage, piscine, terrain de pickle ball et de tennis. La proximité des épiceries, pharmacies...

We had a wonderful stay at your Resort and will be back next year if possible. Our condo A316 was not very clean. I would suggest a better cleaning team. I would also like to suggest cleaning the living room couch as well as a new bedspread in the master bedroom as well as a ceiling fan. I have only good words for all staff members especially Jordan who was a great help when the food crusher broke and floated the kitchen. God willing, see you next year for another great holiday!!!!
