This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo offers an upgraded vacation experience and is fully equipped with everything that you need to have a great vacation. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. Maui Kamaole is conveniently located in Kihei, on the boarder of Wailea, and is in close proximity to restaurants, shopping, golf courses, and more.

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

The condo is as advertised. It has a very spacious feel with a large lanai. Well maintained with new washer dryer combo. New beach chairs and umbrella for our use. The condo is very clean and Matt was good at responding to all inquiries. Absolutely no complaints.

Matt was great, very quick to respond. Brought us a cookie sheet within hours!I would recommend having more hooks to hang clothes/towels in either of the bathrooms. We were also missing a bath mat and window cleaner in main bath. The dishwasher definitely smells and generally needs to be ran everyday as the drainage hose is too long and the smell gets trapped within the appliance/line and creates an odor.I would recommend replacing some of the dishes such as tea pot which has rust, adding/replacing knives for cutting up veggies and meat etc. Could be an option to add a few more plastic/glass containers as it seems lot’s were missing lids.The outside lights at front door were either burnt out or very dull making it quite hard to see up the stairs in the dark. Other light bulbs within the unit were also burnt out.Overall great condo, added beach toys, chairs/umbrella and coolers were very much appreciated and nice to have.

This unit was a great place to stay for our entire family. Everything we needed and we loved it. We asked for a late checkout due to our 1130 flight at night. You gave us all the time we needed so we weren’t just sitting around waiting for our flight at the airport. That was very nice touch to what was a fantastic place to stay

We spent a week here at Maui Kamaole and absolutely loved it. This condo is in a perfect location to the beach, shops, food, etc. The place is so spacious and clean. You are provided with everything you need in the house as well. I loved having access to extra towels and bedding. The kitchen has a ton of cooking utensils and pans for meals at home. The balcony porch is perfect for your morning cup of coffee! Also being able to wash clothes during your stay is a game changer. The grounds of this place are upkept so well. Grass and trees look amazing. DEFINITELY recommend this condo a million times over to anyone (: Thank you so much for making our trip to Maui perfection
