Clean apartment, convenient to everything. Enjoyed our stay.

We chose to stay here for its proximity to Magic Kingdom. It was only a short 15-minute drive. The home was clean and perfect for our family. I highly recommend it.

The property was just as described. Everything was clean and well stocked. Our family of 5 used all three of the rooms and we were very comfortable throughout the stay. Proximity to the parks and restaurants was a big benefit. Host was responsive on both check-in and check-out and there were no issues. Would recommend!

Let me start with the positives - the unit was clean and the pool area was nice and fairly quiet. The owner was responsive to messages. However, there were a few things that led to three star rating. The property is not well maintained. The inner main doorknob falls off whenever you turn the handle, the refrigerator/freezer leaks and there’s a puddle on the floor every morning, and the closet door knobs were loose and the primary bedroom ceiling fan can only be on when the overhead light is on (needs a new chain). These are all easy fixes that give the guest a sense that the unit is cared for. Also, the unit is not well stocked. We had one kitchen garbage bag. When I contacted the owner asking for more, the response was there was no staff for two days to bring us more bags.Overall, if you are looking for a basic, no frills place with a few “quirks”, this is a good option.
